Zalman Zm460-aps power supply
Testing:
AMD 64+ 3200+ S939 Winchester
DFI lanparty UT nF4 Ultra
Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC4000
Sapphire X300
Maxtor 80 GB 7200 rpm harddrive
We measured the voltages with a multimeter and load voltages were taken running Pcmark2005 and HDtach. Testing was done vs OCZ Powerstream 520W and Hiper Type-R 580W.
5V testing:

The 5v line on the other hand went back and forth between 5,02-5,03 but that is within acceptable limits.
12V testing:

The 12v rail was actually very stable and even went up 0.1V under load to compensate. Overall the testing has show itself very positive and with stable rails you get a stable computer. It’s time to conclude the review with some more information and give this product a rating.
Conclusion:
I have to start with saying this is the quietest PSU I have EVER tested. I can barely hear the fan when I push my ear to it and I have pretty good hearing if I do say so myself. They really have made a product that they can be proud of. They advertised it to be quiet and that it is yet it’s still able to perform so well with stable voltages and has no heat issues at all. The only flaw I could find with this product is that it’s not modular but I cannot say that it lowers the rating though. I like the sleeving and the overall quality of this product, you can really feel and see that it’s made by Zalman. Overall we want to give this product 5 out of 5 and our Editors choice award for extemely low noise and extreme performance. This is a perfect fit for your HTPC computer.
Pros:
+ Quiet!
+ Well packed
+ Sleeved
+ Stable voltages
Cons:
- Not modular
Red&Blackness gives it 5 out of 5 dots
