Zalman CNPS11X Cpu Cooler

Zalman are well known for their high performing cpu coolers, today we have their CNPS11X on the test bench. We are going to compare it vs both a Noctua cpu cooler and also a watercooler to see if this unit is worth a buy.

This box is similar to all other Zalman products on the market, a thick cardboard box protects the cooler during shipping. Inside you will find a backplate, manual, and also a bag with mounting clips. The backplate is quite cool as it fits all sockets on the market, usually cpu cooler manufacturers ship two or even three backplates but this one suits all of them.

As I mentioned this backplate works on most sockets on the market right now if not all of them. The heatsink is equipped with a 120 mm fan that is easily removable by removing to clips.
