FM radio is included with this player and I have to say it works perfect! I will get closer into detail later on. Then we also have the menus where you can change equalizer, repeat etc etc everything that has to do with the setup of the player itself or the sound.

Finally a picture of the equalizer setup, there is tons more to show but I don’t want to ruin your fun by showing everything, and yes it would make one long review if we would show everything :) Well comparison time also, we have a Jensofsweden Mp400 to the left , Xuke mp600, Xmicro HD400 and my SonyEricsson V800 3G cell phone. We can see that the Xuke is a very small player even though the Jensofsweden player beats it in size.

Both players are very thin so it will not bug you at all even if you decide to have it under your shirt or in your pocket. The armband and the bag works very well together as you just slide the bag on the clip the clips on so it won’t fall of, you can see a example of me having it on.

A final picture with the neklace and the earphones on, what I found irritating after awhile was that the cables and the necklace twist together but I guess that’s something you will get used to.

Radio:

Excellent sound quality for beeing such a small device. It found most of the channels I tried to find and with the included headphones and with my Shure E2C and my big Philips HS900 this player was able to boost out a clear and powerful sound even on the radio.

Line-in/Voice recording:

I like the idea here with a mic that you can plug in whenever you want and clip it on to your shirt to get best possible sound quality. Both line in and voice works well and I found no problems with it even though I myself prefer to make the songs to mp3 from cds which in my ears gives a better quality

Sound quality:

Well I have tested the product with the included earphones, Shure E2C earphones and Philips HS900 headphones and I have to say that you get good sound with all of these products but with the headphones you get clear sound which has a high bass at even higher volumes. The included earphones are not bad at all I have to say but they tend to start hurting your ears after awhile. I tried different genres of music with different types of equalizer settings and you get a very full, clear sound with some better headphones than the included ones.

Conclusion:

Well what to say? I think the review speaks for itself pretty well, but what about the battery time which is really important. Well after out testing we came up with around 10.5 hours play time on afull charge with 192kbs mp3 songs. This is a very small player with alot of features and clear sound. The sound is very nice even with radio and voice recording so this is something very positive with this player. I think with its accessories etc this is a very good player that you can have everywhere in your life, exercising, school, work wherever you need music or radio. The only flaw I can see is the battery time when other similar players have – hours playtime and also the not built in USB port so you have to drag either the cable or the keychain adapter with you. Overall we give this product 4 out of 5 for a great product that will give you alot of fun with the clear, bass filled sound that it can deliver even to bigger headphones.

Pros:

+ Small
+ Good sound
+ Good accessories
+ Well packed
+ Easy to navigate in

Cons:

- No built in USB port
- Low battery time

the “game” setting is used when gaming on the xbox or ps3, and since on the consoles the headset is forced to use its built-in sound card, there is a faint hissing when using it, which is why i presume you said it was awful… when using on the pc just keep it on “pc” mode
