We saw a pretty decent performance with the Verbatim hard disk. Average performance being around 34.5MB/s which is pretty good compared to the maximum which USB2 interface can provide at 47.-5MB/s. We repeated the test multiple times, the graph we have here is the average result of those runs.
Conclusion:
Verbatim has shown us pretty decent performance attached in cool look. In todays market the look is important factor when choosing the external hard disk for your needs as performance is quite similar in all drives. Verbatim uses high quality Samsung hard disk in their drives which was a pleasent suprise. I could recommend this product to anyone who is in need of an external hard drive.
