This is a very small router therefore the box is very small. On the box you can see the unit itself and on the back you can read about how this unit can be hooked up. You can for example set it up at router mode which allows you to use it as the main router and have wifi connections hook up to it.

The second option is the AP mode where you hook this router up to the main router and have the WIFI connect to it, this is good if you don’t have WIFI on your old router/modem. Third option is the AP client mode which allows you to hook up this router with WIFI to the main router, removing all need for cords.

Crap review.  Tells you more about the colour and style of the router rather than the functionality and capability.  Oh… and by the way there’s one thing I need to tell you – it disconnects at random intervals.  Pretty important if it’s true.  Does it not occur to you that it’s most likely your set up rather than the device itself?  Idiots.

      Thank you for your pointers.
I have been through this for hours with TP-link technicians and they have not found a solution to the problem so the rotuer is clearly the issue here. I was supposed to get a replacement but it never arrived so I can update with new  results.
