Introduction

The modding scene is growing. We can now even find acrylic cases in the stores, however there are different acrylic cases. Sunbeam has sent us their UV reactive acrylic case which we will have a closer look at tonite. You put the case together by yourself which was actually pretty odd :) First time Ive done it so now I might even have the guts to build a case from scratch. Well enough about that and lets get this review going.

This acrylic case comes in pieces so you have to put it together yourself :) It comes in this nice “bag” that actually has a handle. Everything is protected in this soft foam so you have scratch free pieces to put together. On the right picture we can see some of the pieces for example the front and the back.

All the screws comes in a nice little box and everything is packed into their own zip lock bags with a label on them telling what the specific screws are for and what number they have so you can compare it to the installation guide. On the right picture we have the sides of the case itself. We can see how UV reactive this case is since the camera picks it up very easily.

On the left we have a closer picture on the sides. Included we have a pair of white really soft gloves which you should use to protect the case from getting fingerprints and scratches. These fit most hands as they are very stretchable.

The manual is very good and very easy to understand. You have a picture of the screws etc with the numbers so you can easily find them. All the case pieces are also on a paper so you know where every piece goes and then there is the step by step guide so you can very easily put this case together. Here I have done the first step and have mounted the corner pieces, these are the ones where you screw on the sides on.
