Conclusion

Overclocking:

We use the latest Rivatuner 15.5 and Redline (Sapphires own overclocking software) for this test. We were able to push the core quite abit from 520mhz to a whole 610 mhz which is actually not that bad at all. Well what about the memory then which actually counts more than the core itself. From the stock speed of 540 mhz we were able to push it to 600 mhz stable and up to 620 mhz when the drivers started messing around because of the overclocking.

Conclusion:

The first thing I thought with the card when unpacking it was that this will be loud as it has a big fan on it. I was wrong and I admit it, the only time the card makes alot of noise is when you boot your computer up or the card gets really hot. Otherwise this card performs very well and you do have to pay quite a bit of money for it but I guess it costs to get the best. The software bundle in with the card is not bad at all I have to admit and the Redline overclocking program is very cool and makes it easy to tweak and overclock your video card. It was well packed and sorted out in the box so I don’t think there is anything more I can point out but to say that we give this card 5 out of 5 for great performance and a very decent overclocker.

Pros:

+ Overclocks good
+ Not to loud
+ Well packed, good software bundle
+ Performs very well
+ Redline overclocking software

Cons:

- Expensive
- Takes up two PCI slots
