It is hard to see on the pictures but the arrow keys and caps lock have blue leds on them, you can clearly see this in our unpacking video later in the review.

The menu system in the software is very easy to use, there’s three tabs where the main control tab does most of the work. In the main control tab you can set up all your macro keys and other specific features you want on your keys. As usual when it comes to Roccat they got profiles which means it is very easy to save your specific game settings on up to five different profiles.

The update menu does basiclly what it sounds like, you can update your keyboard software/firmware if there is any available while the last Help/Support tab has a help function if you need help with the keyboard settings.

Conclusion:

To start with I have to say that this is a very compact keyboard but still serves as a normal sized one, but I know there are people that want big keyboards to type on so this might not be for you.

The keyboard itself is very smooth to type on and the keys are not very loud compared to most keyboards on the market right now. Roccat has also placed a big steel plate in the bottom of the keyboard for people that might get a bit aggressive when gaming. I have personally slammed the keyboard in a table and I have also seen Roccat representatives do it and the keyboard does not break, this doesn’t mean you can hit it as much as you want without breaking it though.

Software, works great there are no bugs or issues with and it is all very logical so even beginners should be able to create their profiles and settings without any issues.

So what about the flaws then? The keyboard is priced around 60$ which is in my mind 5-10$ to much if you really want to attract all kinds of buyers. I was able to twist the keyboard a bit by holding one hand on each side of the keyboard and it bent a bit and stayed that way so the keyboard was not flat on the table, I was able to fix this by twisting it back again and it stayed flat on the table but the question still remains why I was able to twist it.

Pros:
+ Illuminated arrow keys
+ Steel plate
+ Quiet buttons
+ Macro keys
+ Easy software

Cons:
-
Price
- Plastic quality
