Inside I found all this: various cables to hook this up to a Xbox 360, receiver and the computer. You also get the dock/stand, headset, power cable and a folder with a bunch of warranty slips, authenticity slips etc, etc. You can find out more in the unpacking video.
The batteries (2xAAA) are used for the headset itself, this is a nice feature since you will be able to swap batteries when they go bad. This is not the case on the Logitech 930 and neither on the Corsair Vengeance 2000.
The charger with this headset is nice, you can swap the connector part and use the charger wherever in the world. The only problem is that they only include a US plugin.
Cable wise you get two 3,5mm cables; one with a 90 degree angle on the cable, one optical cable and a few sets of RCA cables so you are covered to use it wherever needed.
