Full load voltages were taken under running a program called S&M and under 3Dmark 2001. Idle voltages were taken in Windows.
Voltages are compared versus the OCZ PowerStream 520W, which is one of the best PSU’s on the market today.
All voltages are measured with a multimeter.

3.3V rail:

Well, there isn’t much to say. Both PSU’s performs great!

5V rail:

Here we can see that the QTechnology PSU doesn’t go down when it’s loaded at the 5V rail. Nahh, it wants to go up! Great results here too.

12V rail:

The 12V rail was a bit lower than it should be at load, but it’s only 0.13V! Which is for sure in the +/- 5% range. The OCZ PowerStream would hardly move though.

Conclusion:

I’m really suprised how quiet my computer got after I installed this PSU and fired it all up. So all those Ultra Quiet stickers on the box doesn’t lie at all! I’m really impressed. If we take a look at the voltage readings we can see that QTechnology truly lives up to their slogan on the back of the package. :) Well, I’m also glad that they have wasted that 6 pin AUX connector, which was only in the way. I couldn’t find any glitches at this PSU, except the lack of a adapter or a main 24 pin ATX connector and a 6 pin connector for the newer PCI-Express video cards.

Pros:

+ Really quiet
+ Pretty stable rails
+ Long cables
+ Nice finish
+ 4 SATA connectors
+ That AUX 6 pin connector is finaly wasted!

Cons:

- No 24 pin main ATX connector, would be good with a included adapter
- No 6 pin PCI-Express connector
- Not completly sleeved

Red&Blackness gives it 5 out of 5 dots
