Final look at the software

Move tab controls the cursor speed, acceleration etc. DPI tab allows you to change the DPU on all the axis of the mouse, the lift distance on the bottom actually is quite cool as it controls the heigh that the mouse can be lifted from the surface before it stops working.

The macro tab allows you to make macros that you can use with the mouse, this tends to come quite handy in games.

Testing: Updated 2009-10-26

After a request of more specific testing we decided to write some more. The mouse was used on various mousepads, from Qpad, Mionix, Steelpad, A older Everglide pad all with various surfaces from soft to hard.

The mouse responds well on all surfaces and there is no lag in games, I just wish there were some weights on the mouse to really make it perfect. The mouse follows quite well the movements of the hand except on the “ancient” Everglide pad we had with a hard plastic material.

The mouse feels great in Windows and I would personally use it if it wasnt for the size of the mouse, my hand is just a bit to small for it.

Conclusion:

I personally like the mouse, its a bit to big for my hand to be completely comfortable but I do have a smaller hand than most. The mouse works great in windows and has no lag or delay in games either, the only con that I can find so far is that it’s lacking weights that can be removed. Mionix as an example showed a great example with having several small weights so you can change the weight to fit you perfectly. The mouse sells for about 80$ which is not to bad when you look at other gaming mice on the market.

I liked the sleeved cable also, it prevents the cable from entagling itself and also protects it from at least my cats. Software was very logical and easy to use and I liked the function where you could control the height you can lift the mouse of the surface.

Pros:
+ Comfortable
+ Sleeved cable
+ Good software
+ Lag free

Cons:
- No removable weights
