Conclusion

Testing

How do you know if your cathode is UV or if its just blue? There are actually a few ways to tell. Have you ever been at a party with black lights? You should notice that anything white that your wearing will turn a light, neonish blue, not really a purple color. The best way to tell is to get something UV reactive, such as the UV paint that I reviewed in my review, or even glow in the dark things.

As a test we will once again check out the UV paint. The colors sometimes arent portrayed correctly due to the camera, there is always a margin of error, but theyre close. As we can see the UV paint reacts really well to the cathodes. It looks OK in the picture, but it looks much better in person. Conclusion

I am a fan of UV lights, you can make everything in your case glow UV if you want. There are currently UV power supply mods, UV paint, UV reactive fans, UV reactive dye for your water cooling setups and much more. UV is definitely an option if you want your case to stand out at that LAN party.
