Conclusion:
This unit sells for around 100$ which is fairly priced in my opinion. It streams 1080P without any issues from a LAN connection or through a USB drive. We tested with .iso and .mkv files at 1080p and there we no problems while we streamed. Picture quality maintained a high quality throughout the entire movie.
It also lets you stream pictures and movies which makes it very easy to show picutres or listen to music from your computer. Setup was not a problem either, it is a bigger problem to actually setup the file sharing in Windows.
Overall I am very happy with this unit, it was very silent through our testing procedure and the menus respond quickly and makes sense when you browse through them. I think you get alot for what you end up paying for this device, it saves space, and makes it very easy to watch media compared to a HTPC computer. I will give it my reccomendations for a high quality device at a low price.
Pros:
+ Fast
+ Silent
+ Full HD
+ Easy to setup
Cons:
- Would have liked another USB port
