Testing:

AMD 64+ 3200+ S939 Winchester
DFI lanparty UT nF4 Ultra
OCZ Gold PC3700 1Gb
Sapphire X300
Maxtor 80 GB 7200 rpm harddrive

Testing was done with the flash/removable memory testing in Sisoft Sandra 2005. We compared this to the X-micro removable memory stick.

We can see here on the test that the bigger the file the faster this drive is, and actually 64 mb is the fastest drive. I did the same test with the X-micro drive which is also 1gb and I did not get the same results as it ended up being faster than the OCZ with smaller sizes but in the end the OCZ memory stick was faster.

Conclusion:

This is a fast memory stick I have to admit that, and the testing shows it also. The main feature of this though is the size, it’s the smallest I have reviewed and even seen on the market and you can get ones that hold up to 2gb of information. It’s a high quality product as they tend to be from OCZ and it was well packed. You even get a extensions cable and a neckstrap so you can easily carry it around with you without loosing it. The blue led in the back gives this device a cool look when it’s plugged in also. Drivers for Win98 can be downloaded from OCZ website and there you can also find software for formating the device. I took an extra look before giving this rating and I cannot see anything to complain about with this product. Overall, we give this product 5 out of 5 and our editors choice award for a great memory stick that shows what the future holds for us both size and speedwise.

Pros:

+ Small!!
+ High quality
+ Well packed
+ Neckstrap
+ Fast

Cons:
