The fans are placed on the bottom of the unit but almost the whole top part of the unit is made into a fan grill so there is some serious air movement going on when you crank up the fan speed.
The unit is about 1 inch or 2.5 centimeters high which I feel comfortable with, it gives it the stability it needs to use it as a “table” but at the same time it’s stable on your knees.
On the right side of the Cryo X60 they have placed four USB ports so it also works as an USB hub, these ports should have enough power to run pretty much anything since you use an external power source to power them.
Beside the USB port they have palced a fan controller and also a power button. The fan controller raises the RPM of the fans in various steps and at its lowest the fans can barely be heard as long as the unit is laying facing down.
