First look at the Nexus SM-8000B:

First we had the mouse… then we went from optical to laser mouses… and now comes wireless technology.  We have today a Nexus silent mouse on our hands to be tested.

The Nexus SM-8000B silent mouse is a unique wireless optical mouse, a younger brother of the
model SM-7000B we reviewed a while ago. SM-8000B was also designed for the user who wants silent working environment. Let’s find out if silent mouse evolved into something even more acceptable.

The mouse comes in transparent plastic packaging with black-orange design cardboard placed inside. If you look on the back of the package, you’ll find the information about silent operation technology and specifications. These specifications do not provide information about the sensor DPI, weight, battery life, or operating range. I’m not sure how I feel about that… surely it’s not a big issue, but one would expect that this sort of information would be included in the information.
