This kit was very well packed in a nice box with the familiar red and white colors that Microsoft uses for their keyboards. On the back we found features and specifications with a picture of the keyboard and mouse. I have used a few Microsoft keyboards and a few Logitech ones so I have some experience with them and I know what makes a good keyboard so this test will be very nice.

Included in the box we had a manual for the keyboard. There was also a cd with software to get all the extra buttons to work and 5 AA batteries. On the right picture we have the receiver for the mouse and keyboard and also the mouse itself. I said before that the kit has a nice color scheme and this we can see on these pictures already.

We reviewed a similar mouse from Microsoft as this one included in the kit. The receiver is very small and fits pretty much anywhere. The mouse looks like the same one we reviewed but this is black and has buttons on the side. This mouse fits very good in my hand even though it’s pretty big. I got a fairly small hand and it still fits. The mouse is very well shaped for your hand as we can see on the picture. The scroll wheel has a new feature which gives you the possibility to scroll to the sides by just tilting the wheel to the sides. This is a very nice feature for everyone but especially for low resolution screens. There is one “bad” thing also about the mouse also since Microsoft has removed the feedback on the scroll wheel. You easily scroll alot more tha actually needed especially if you are gaming and you the scroll wheel for something.
