Introduction

Tonite we are having a look at a Matrix Orbital Mx2 LCD which is just basically plug and play. You just plug it in to the USB port and install the drivers. Matrix Orbital has alot of different LCDs out there, but this is the easiest one that fits everybody. It has alot of features and a bunch of different settings. Well let’s have a closer look at this LCD. And thank you Matrix Orbital for this unit.

As we can see the unit came well protected in a nice Matrix Orbital box. And in there we found the LCD wrapped in bubble wrap, the cd, and also on the bottom there is a little installation guide.

I still have no idea why this power cable was included! There must be some use for it, but I guess Ive missed that part :P Well the LCD works great anyways. The cd has a few programs as LCDC and Motherboard Monitor etc. You also register LCDC with a code found on the CD and that’s really nice.

Here we have the unit itself. The display was protected with some protective tape but I removed it before taking the picture. The keypad on the front of the bay insert can be used to control many things using LCDC. The front looks really nice, and hopefully it will work really nicely also :)

Here we have the pic of the back The cable is already plugged in into the LCD.
