The Bios is the standard Phoenix Award bios. This bios has actually quite a few different settings you can play around with. The left picture shows the overview of the Bios and where you can navigate. The right one shows the overclocking menu. We can see that there is alot to change.

The left picture shows the PC health menu and the right one shows the X-Bios overclocking menu. In this menu you can change voltage and cpu ratio.

Overclocking:

The BIos has alot of settings for overcloking and we just tried some old fashin FSB clocking. We ran the CPU at 166 FSB already and after just upping the FSB to 180 mhz the computer ran stable and had no problems whatsoever. We did not raise any VCORE or or anything just standard bios settings. It’s easy to change timings on the memory but it all depends on your memory so we did not add these stats to the review.

Conclusion:

It’s the hard time again, concluding a review. This motherboard has the performance you can dream of for a Noforce 2 chip. It’s fast, it’s stable, and it comes with a variety of overclocking abilities. There are a few accessories included in this package and the only bad thing was that there is no round cables. Most manufacturers do add round cables to the motherboards. To sum this up there is not many flaws on this board. It’s fast and performs very well and because of this it gets 5 out of 5 from rbmods.

Pros:

+ FAST!
+ Accessories
+ Overclocks well
+ Easy manual
+ Holes around the cpu socket

Cons:

- No round cables

Red&Blackness gives it 5 out of 5 dots
