Conclusion

Quake 3:

As we can see the FX is alot better than the ATI card in Quake 3. I think that the FX card might be faster in older games and in opengl.

Overclocking:

This board rox in overclocking. I got the memory up to 700 mhz and the core to 465 with their own program called Winfox. Default memory and core clocks are 552mhz and 324mhz so this gives a nice boost when playing.

Conclusion:

This card is really nice although not as fast as the Radeon 9600 but this card performs well for the money you pay for it. It has alot of features as MyVivo etc that we did not bring up here since we wanted to point out the speed and see how it worked in games. You get alot for the money when buyin this Leadtek card and speedwise it’s really nice. Overclocking was ok but nothing astounding. All in all this card gets 4 out of 5 from us at rbmods for alot of features for a small amount of money.

Pros:

+ Fast
+ Good manual
+ Alot of features as Myvivo
+ Heatsink on memory both front and back
+ Alot of programs included

Cons:

- Lagged in UT2003
- Not as fast as a Radeon 9600
