Introduction
In todays world of computers the case fan is found in almost any PC out there. All these fans are usually a plain black color. If you have a modded or plexi case those fans really end up looking ugly and just sticking out. Thermaltake has helped us to solve this problem with their clear Blue-eye LED case fan. This is no regular case fan, it has 3 blue leds that shine constantly and one red led that shines during HDD activity. Lets check it out.

The Package
The package is well presented with a clear front showing the fan and specs on the back. But packaging doesnt show how well a product performs, so lets move on.

Inside the box we have the fan, 4 mounting screws and washers, and an instruction sheet. On the fan we have a 4-pin molex pass-through connector, and a 2-pin pass-through connector for our HDD activity led. These pass through connectors are really handy as they dont require you to lose a molex for a simple fan. This doesnt really matter for people with a baybus or rheobus.

Installation is very simple; everything is said and described well on the instruction sheet.

Here we have a close-up of the fan installed. The clear look makes it look very nice inside a case. I found the back part where we can see the ball bearings to be pretty neat.

In the first picture he see the fan on and lit up by the 3 LEDs. It may not seem that bright in the picture, but it lit up a good portion of my room in the dark. In the second picture we see a picture of the fan with the HDD activity LED on. It blinks, also neat. If you dont like it or are annoyed by it, it can easily be removed. I just ripped off the cable and it worked like a charm
