Do you have problems with storage space on your smartphone or  are you hesitant about loading it up with movies? Icy box think they have a solution to these problems! They sent us their 2.5″ HDD Enclosure that connects either through USB 3 or Wifi; this means we should be able to stream all media to a smartphone through a simple app. The question is though;  does it work?

The Product:

Icy Box IB-WF200HD box

Like most Icy Box products it comes packed in an attractive purple and white box.

We can see that we recieved a black unit, although I don’t think another color is available. I think this is something they should perhaps look into since white and grey for example are nice clean colors. Nokia sells loads of phones with yellow and red cases; why can’t computer products do the same?

Icy Box IB-WF200HD box inside

Inside the box I found the unit itself, usb cable, power cable and a couple of manuals.
