Conclusion
My Mx700 on the pad and in testing. My mouse is a little heavier which
propably creates some extra noise on this pad
Here we see that I cut out some mouseskatez for the mouse and it made
it a little quieter. But the pad still makes more noise than I can stand 
The bottom of the pad has 6 of these rubber feet that keep the pad in place.
I think they should either make these rubber feet bigger or put more of them on!
Conclusion:
Well did this pad stand out to the expectations that I had? Well partly yes but still not. The noise that the pad makes when you move a mouse over it is annoying after awhile. But on the other hand you can make really small movements and the mouse follows along. So if you are not bothered by some noise this is the pad for you! I will still stick with my old Everglide pad but I like the Icemat ALOT! They have to just figure out a way to get rid of the noise! Really good product overall and it will get 4 out of 5.
