Conclusion

Software:

The software included is easy to use and offers you alot of extras which will make it easier for you to transfer files and edit tags etc.

Conclusion:

This is overall a very very good player that we sure do recommend. This is one of the best players I have ever tried and it offers you basically everything you need. There are a few flaws as now USB2 and you always need a cable to transfer songs over, otherwise there are just good things to say about this player. You get great sound with alot of equalizer settings. You have a nice display in different colors and you can even get this small tiny player 1 gig version. 15 hours playtime with a small AAA battery is not bad either. I have to say also that the documentation and software are very well made and they cover everything you need to do with the player. All in all we give this 5 out of 5 and a recommendation for a great small player that offers you great sound at a low price and size :)

Pros:

+ Available in different colors
+ Display has different colors
+ Great sound and voice recording
+ Good documentation
+ Available in 1 gig version
+ 15 hours playtime with one single AAA battery

Cons:

- Cable always needed to transfer songs
- No USB 2

the “game” setting is used when gaming on the xbox or ps3, and since on the consoles the headset is forced to use its built-in sound card, there is a faint hissing when using it, which is why i presume you said it was awful… when using on the pc just keep it on “pc” mode
