The i-Rocks Slim Cordless 1.5 Area Keyboard arrived in a colorful cardboard box with a picture of the keyboard on the front. The back provides a list of features/specifications. One thing that I immediately noticed was how slim and compact the box was.

Opening the box, we find the keyboard loosely secured with a simple plastic bag covering the keyboard. Along with the keyboard itself, the package comes with a set of AAA batteries.

Taking a closer look at the keyboard, the first thing I noticed was the nice matte black finish of the keyboard. The keyboard is very light, slim, and compact, and is much smaller than my Logitech revolution or Microsoft desktop keyboards. In fact, it is very much like the size of my Dell Inspiron laptop’s keyboard, but with a numberpad added on the side. The keyboard is absent of cords, making it a very good choice for a travel keyboard.
