Same story here we had very stable voltages when testing 12v also, at first it flipped 0,01v up and down but then stabilized itself.
Conclusion:
Well this power supply is better than the previous Hiper PSU we reviewed, and it also has mmodular cables which improves airflow and you get a better looking inside in the case. This product was extremely well packed, probably the best I have seen thus far and it really shows quality right there. The unit is very quiet since you do have to put your ear to the fans to be able to hear something out of them. The cables are all sleeved also for a better look and the finish on the PSU is amazing. Performance wise it was great we had no stability or voltage problems during out testing and it does not get hot either. This device connects up to 4 SATA drives and 8 other devices so you will for sure have enough power from this. Overall we give this 5 out of 5 and our recommendations for a great PSU with stable voltages and a high quality feeling already from the box to the unit itself.
