The back of the pad is equipped with a big magnet that will make sure to keep the pad in place on the fridge or any other metal product. What is so interesting with this magnet is that its easy to remove from the fridge but there is no chance that it will fall off.

The pad mounts on to the fridge without any problems, you can move it around and you don’t have to worry about the pad falling of the fridge door as long as the size of the door is bigger than magnet itself. The iPad fits perfect in the fridgepad, push in each corner of your iPad into the mount.

The fridgepad is available in five different colors, we got the black one but I have to admit the red one looks very nice also.
You can use it in both landscape and in portrait mode. The Fridgepad comes handy when you want to listen to music in the kitchen or read a cookbook while cooking. I’m sure there are also other features that you might use it for but thats what I have figured out so far.
Conclusion:
If you have a iPad 2 you don’t have to worry since there is a upgrade coming for the Fridgepad so you can use it with a iPad 2. This upgrade kit will be free of charge for Fridgepad owners.
You should be able to pick up a Fridgepad in US for around 50$ I think it’s a tad pricey for a iPad holder but it is convinient in the kitchen I have to admit.
Overall a nice product that is made out of high quality products, the only con is the price itself. It would be more interesting at a 40$ price.
