Introduction

Last year we had a chance to review some mousepads from Flexiglow and tonite we have the new updated version of their shining mousepads. The pads are equipped with leds so they shine on the sides and on the new version we find a dimmer so you can choose how bright it should shine. This is one new features among a few other we will have a look at tonite.

We got a few samples sent to us and the colors are green, red and blue. All the pads were very well packed in hard plastic covers and on the front we have some features on the pad. Included with it we have a small manual that explains the basics.

The pad surface reminds me of a Everglide Giganta pad. Its easy to play on and just use in normal daily usage but personally I prefer softer pads. On the right picture we can see my Logitech Mx700 mouse on the mousepad and this shows how big it really is. I dont think there will be any problems playing with it since the MX700 is a big mouse and there is still tons of space to move around on.

On the left we have the new dimmer so you can manually decide how bright you want the pad to shine and on the right we have the USB cord which is fairly long so it will reach from you computer to the computer table if you dont have it placed really far away.

Under the pad we have five big rubber feet to keep it in place and I have to admit they really do work great! On the right picture we have the first pad in action. We found out that the dimmer works great and on the sides they have carved the sides to get the light to move in the figures on the pad and get a better look.
