The interior of the case looks clean. Not many extras in the way of the air except the drive-cages. Two internal 3.5″-disks and one external 5.25″-device can be installed without tools, where they are to be used is optional. The bottom two 3.5″-drive compartment is affixed to the case while the three upper 3.5″-disks (internal slots) uses a removable cage to attach them in the case, the 3.5″-drive cage is attached with four screws. Cooler Master only made the upper section removable for very long graphics card(s) to fit with the cage removed.

Personally I prefer brightly colored interiors, like silver-metallic or white, as that makes it easier to work in the chassis in a darker environment. Black interiors, like this case has, seems to be popular nowadays.

Silencio 450 has one 120 mm 800RPM fan pre-installed in the front to cool down the 3.5″-drives, but as it says in the manual that it can support a 140mm-fan in the front.  I feel that it would´ve been better if they’d pre-installed a 140 mm fan (for lower noise) instead, especially since I see that there is plenty of room for a 140 mm fan.

The intake vents are placed on the bottom half of the front panel running down both sides. In the back of the case there is one pre-installed 120 mm 800 RPM fan.
On the picture with the front bezel opened we can see that the Silencio 450 has a very nice dustfilter used for the front fan.

Here we can see that the bay for the PSU is at the bottom in the case, there is a ventilation-hole here for PSU´s fan to exhaust hot air. After I mounted the PSU I noticed that the ventilation-hole isn´t quite big enough to fit the ventilation-hole of the 120mm PSU-fan.

This case has support for watercoolers which can be seen by the two rubber-grommeted holes, watercooling-support is something that I think should be included in every case in the market nowadays.

At the bottom right between the PSU-bay and the 3.5″-drive compartment we can see some screwholes to fit a harddrive or SSD, I´d rather see that it was closer to the 3.5″-cage for it to easier share SATA-cables with the 3.5″-drives. In that case though the motherboard-tray plate would need to have a bigger cable-hole for easier installation then too.

The Silencio 450′s feet are made of a very hard plastic material, but I´d rather liked it if they were made out of rubber to dampen vibrations better and also to keep the computer case a bit more secure. Here we can also see that there is a very simple dustfilter for the PSU´s ventilation-hole. A dustfilter under the case that slides from the side (almost like Silencio 550 does, but it slides backwards) would be preferable here, but since dust will probably not be a big problem for most users I don´t see it as a problem to turn the case almost upside-down once in a while to clean it.

top air outtake is flattering, front top cover (io area) not glued well, 3 fans per fan controller ( if u can mount 4 on window panel)

cheap, lowbudget case, would never take it again
