Testing was done with the following software, Sisoft Sandra 2009, Cinebench, Pcmark Vantage, SuperPi, Call of Juarez and Winrar. We are comparing this board vs the Asus P6T Deluxe.
Sisoft Sandra 2009, Cpu Arithmetic:
This test shows how the CPU handles arithmetic and floating point instructions. The numbers reveal that the race is quite tight between these two in this test at least.
Sisoft Sandra 2009, Cpu Multimedia:
This specific test shows how the cpu handles multimedia functions. Once again the results are very similar to each other even though the Rampage card is a bit faster.
Pcmark Vantage:
In Pcmark we got a few various tests that we include, the score part is the total score after looping the Vantage tests. Our points were quite a bit higher on the Rampage 2 card that on the P6T card in this test.
